What can you do in the event of a malfunction?
We have a system that monitors all servers on more than 200 points. If something goes wrong, we will be notified immediately. In case of a report, we take immediate action to analyze and solve the problem. We will of course keep you informed of all progress (Malfunction & maintenance) via deze pagina.
What are your opening hours?
We can be reached by telephone from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on +599 9 6819656.
We always respond to all questions via email within the same day. We do this between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.
Right of cancellation
We have great confidence in our products. That is why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee as standard.
It may of course happen that this is not for you. You can then claim the 14-day money-back guarantee. If you choose this, your hosting package will be converted to a separate domain name. You will receive the amount back from your hosting package, excluding the amount for the domain name registration.
All domain name registrations are valid for at least one year and are not eligible for this scheme. Domain names are always registered directly via an umbrella organization and cannot be canceled just like that. The domain name you have registered will remain under your management for the remaining period. You can always cancel the renewal of a domain name. Your domain name will then no longer be renewed at the end of the period.
